Cage Warriors Academy North West 3: Fletcher vs. Lee Scott
Cage Warriors Academy North West bantamweight champion Nathan Fletcher will make the first defense of his title against Louis “Lightning” Lee Scott at Cage Warriors Academy North West 3 on Saturday 2nd June at The Auditorium, Liverpool Echo.
Fletcher (4-0) scored the biggest win of his amateur career when he knocked out Jordan Baxter at Cage Warriors 80 to win the title. Nathan is a member of the Next Generation MMA team based in Liverpool. Fletcher’s teammates include the current Cage Warriors women’s flyweight champion Molly “Meatball” McCann and former Cage Warriors featherweight champion Paddy “The Baddie” Pimblett.
Louis Lee Scott (7-0) trains out of the Asylum Vale Tudo gym in Leeds under the tutelage of UFC and Bellator veteran Danny Mitchell. Despite his young age, the 18-year old is no stranger to combat sports with an amazing record of 47-5-2 in Muay Thai competition. The bantamweight prospect recently signed a management deal with MTK Global MMA. Louis was the topic of discussion on last week’s Joe Rogan Experience with Vinny Shoreman and 8-time world champion Liam Harrison.
